Farewell From Boundless

A Message From Boundless

Hello, friends of Boundless. You may have heard that Focus on the Family made the decision to discontinue Boundless, its award-winning ministry to young adults. After a fruitful and fun 27-year run, Boundless will officially sunset on February 5, 2026. This includes the site, show, social media channels and events. This page contains content that explains Focus’ decision, what it means, and how you can say goodbye and share what Boundless has meant to you through the years.

Below you’ll find a statement about the decision, an FAQ page, and some thoughts from Lisa Anderson, Boundless’ long-time director and show host. We also provide a means for you to contact us.

Thanks for being part of the Boundless family. We are forever grateful to God for the wisdom, friendships, encouragement and memories Boundless has provided since 1998. You have been an integral part of that.

I'm so sad about this! I made sure to look at the FAQ before leaving a comment and though I hope to comment respectfully, I did not see anything reasonably sound as to why "Boundless" is being cancelled. I know we are not owed explanations, but I just don't understand how something so unique and helpful to the masses, is disappearing. Maybe I feel a little sour because I am a single 30 something who saw Boundless as a friend. I finally felt understood, seen, heard. I wasn't the only single (Christian person at that) asking hard questions and being advocated for. This is just so hard and there's really no other podcast out there like it. It wasn't a "cheesy Christian podcast", and it offered wise counsel that we so desperately needed. I'll add this one last thing. This show got me reading again. I've actually read at least 3 recommended books from this podcast and actually finished the books (which I never do if you know me!). I discovered it only a handful of years ago, but I listened faithfully, and it was part of my weekly routine. Lisa is hilarious, thoughtful, and present. I hope she starts a podcast of her own. Thank you God for using this ministry. I have matured in my own walk because of it.
