Farewell From Boundless

The Boundless Team

A Message From Boundless

Hello, friends of Boundless. You may have heard that Focus on the Family made the decision to discontinue Boundless, its award-winning ministry to young adults. After a fruitful and fun 27-year run, Boundless will officially sunset on February 5, 2026. This includes the site, show, social media channels and events. This page contains content that explains Focus’ decision, what it means, and how you can say goodbye and share what Boundless has meant to you through the years.

Below you’ll find a statement about the decision, an FAQ page, and some thoughts from Lisa Anderson, Boundless’ long-time director and show host. We also provide a means for you to contact us.

Thanks for being part of the Boundless family. We are forever grateful to God for the wisdom, friendships, encouragement and memories Boundless has provided since 1998. You have been an integral part of that.

9 years ago I was very discouraged and bitter about still being single. Someone suggested that I start listening to Boundless. I have found it to be such an encouragement while I was down, finding a community living in a similar season that I am, sharing some of the same questions, difficulties and loneliness. Boundless has challenged me in so many areas of my life. I have grown so much in understanding God’s purpose for me and how I can serve Him. My bookshelf is full because of the book recommendations through the culture segments. These books have also encouraged and challenged me. The bitterness that gripped my life has completely disappeared. Thank you Lisa and Boundless team for all the fun conversations, addressing concerns we as singles have. I felt like it was okay to feel some of the things I feel being single, but then challenged not to dwell in those feelings, and finding the benefits of being single and thriving in my community. I felt seen. I was given resources. I was challenged. I was encouraged. I grew. I learned to be content in my singleness. I appreciated the variety of topics you covered on the podcast, and not just dating. I thought the podcast was well rounded with relevant content such as navigating things in our culture, life, faith, career, conflict, travel and adult decision making, all from a Biblical perspective. I will deeply miss this ministry, especially the podcasts. Thank you.
